About TenzorDev: Software, AI & Digital Engineering
TenzorDev builds software, AI systems and digital products for organisations that need the result to work in production — not to demo well. Senior people, small teams, direct communication.
We were formed around one observation.
Organisations rarely lack ideas or budget. They lack a team that can hold product intent, system design and delivery in the same head — and then stay accountable for what happens after launch.
So TenzorDev is structured to keep those responsibilities together. The people who design your system write it, instrument it and hand it over. There is no layer of account management between the decision and the code.
Principles
Four things we do not compromise on.
Decisions before code
Most failed projects were decided badly, not built badly. We spend the first weeks making the architecture, scope and success measures explicit.
Ship in vertical slices
A thin path through the whole system, working end to end, beats a wide layer that cannot be demonstrated. Every slice is releasable.
Operability is a feature
Logging, tracing, alerting and runbooks are part of the definition of done — not a phase after launch when the team has moved on.
You own everything
Code, infrastructure, documentation and accounts are yours from the first commit. Continuing with us should always be a choice.
How engagements run
A sequence, not a ceremony.
Every engagement moves through the same four phases. The depth changes; the order does not.
01
Frame
Constraints, users, systems and the measurable outcome the work must move.
02
Architect
Data model, boundaries, integration contracts and the delivery sequence.
03
Build
Two-week slices, reviewed in a working environment rather than a slide.
04
Operate
Instrumentation, handover, and an improvement backlog grounded in real usage.
